PAYMENTS
Credit card payment transactions are accepted via Shopify Payments and Stripe. We also accept payments via direct deposit.

PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and we currently only ship to New Zealand addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please get in touch within 24 hours of receipt if there are any problems or damage to your goods. Photographic proof is required of damage or faults.
Returns or exchanges for change of mind are accepted but the buyer must cover the postage costs. Hygiene rules mean we cannot accepted change of mind returns for earrings.
